Automotive V-Belts

Our range of high-performance, indented, and raw-edge Dayco v-belts are available in AVX10 – AVX13 – AVX17 sections. Dayco V-belts are manufactured with a high-quality material that provides optimal resistance to repeated flexions and a reduction in overall drive system weight.

Top Cog Automotive V-Belts

Raw-edge construction is combined with the Dayco patented cogged top design to ensure the top performance that the vehicles and drive systems of today demand. Our Super AG heavy-duty vee-ribbed belt is engineered specifically for superior durability and performance to avoid drive system failure and expensive downtime on tough applications and machinery. Automotive Timing Belt

Automotive Timing Belts have long been part of drives for camshaft and injection pumps on automotive engines. Dayco is the automotive belt manufacturer of choice for global passenger car manufacturers delivering the latest technological innovation in design and materials and exceeding OEM specifications.

The basic function of an automotive timing belt is to transmit synchronous movement from one driven shaft to another.

Dayco timing belts have a complex structure made up of three elements:

  • HSN Compounds for resistance to heat build-up.
  • Double-layered nylon tooth fabric for improved flexibility.
  • High-modular fibreglass cords deliver resistance to tensile stress and belt deformities for advanced stability.

Automotive Timing Belt Kits

Worn or wearing tensioners, pulleys and idlers can cause a new timing belt to fail in a very short time resulting in costly engine damage.

Dayco® Timing Belts restore the optimum operating conditions for the timing drive system when replaced in conjunction with the tensioner, idler pulley and oil seals.

Tensioners

Our Tensioners are used on serpentine belt drives that consist of a single belt powering most of the engine’s accessories. Designed to maintain constant tension on serpentine belt drives, the Dayco Automatic Belt Tensioner features the original flat spring design to provide less operating range variations in tension.

This innovative design reduces the risk of premature accessory bearing failure, belt noise and slippage, and poor accessory performance caused by low tension after the belt begins to stretch and wear.

Dayco Heavy Duty Tensioners are designed for heavy duty diesel engine accessory drive applications, the heavy-duty cast aluminium body and pulley arms translate into extra strength and durability

  • Engineered for higher torque and power pulses with damage-resistant cast aluminium spring cases
  • Our heavy-duty pulleys include dual permanently lubricated bearings
  • Steel pivot tubes provides additional strength for critical torque requirements

Idler Pulleys

To complete our drive systems, CRP offers a range of Dayco idlers and pulleys. Dayco has a global reputation for top performance idler and tensioner pulleys with the most advanced automotive technologies employed in the materials research, design engineering and manufacture processes.

The use of finite element analysis allows us to offer reassurance of design and maximum structural integrity for both plastic and steel pulleys. Pulleys with smoother surfaces and tighter dimensional tolerances translate into less vibration and therefore longer belt life.

  • Lubricated ball bearings and formulated injection moulded glass-filled polymers for enhanced performance and strength.
  • Double high-temperature seals assure peak bearing performance the most critical element of a pulley’s service life.

Scooter Belts

Our range of Dayco scooter belts are produced with an innovative production process to increase resistance to compression, heat and side wear while providing high performance and durability. The internal cog design allows the belt to be extraordinarily flexible and allows it to work on small pulley diameter.

The CRP has designed a full range of rear drive pulleys and primary drive systems for Motorcycle Drive belt applications.

Our belts use an intelligent design that decreases vibration coming from your bike and constructed with quality rubber compounds that resist the abrasion that naturally occurs on motorcycle belt drives
