Improved Performance on High-Speed and Heavy Shock Load Drives

Multi-ribbed v-belts work like flat belts while transmitting greater power over a wider surface area. Our ribbed belts come in rubber and polyutherane with V-shaped grooves which provide higher flexibility and greater power performance by combining the benefits of flat belts and v-belts.

Ribbed V-Belts are suited for high speed, high ratio applications where conventional v-belts have problems. The Carlisle Vee-Rib belt by TIMKEN offers smooth, vibration free performance in a single compact drive.

Vee-Ribbed Belts

The vee-ribbed belt provides strength and stability with high resistance to abrasion over high horsepower drive systems. The long-life and superior performance of Carlisle by TIMKEN vee-ribbed belts deliver reassurance of long-lasting durability and performance.

Double Sided Ribbed Belts by CRP

Double-Sided Ribbed Belts

Enables power to be transmitted on each side of the belt or drive pulley in both directions. They are ideal for Serpentine drives that require more efficiency when transmitting power.

Our multi-ribbed belts are designed for small diameter pulleys to be used with or without automatic tensioners. The belts are v-ribbed on both sides of the belt for greater resistance to wear and cracking.

Ribbed Timing Belts

The Carlisle by TIMKEN Panther belt with additional ribbed PK belt section on the backside of the belt is the ideal choice for use in mills e.g. grain, corn, fruit and flour mills. The ribbed timing belt enables functional belt slippage to avoid drive system blocking on backside pulleys which have a reverse direction.

Our ribbed timing belt features specialised fibres with a single moulding process between the PK section and the timing belt for extraordinary durability and abrasion-resistance.
